Supreme Court To Hear Trump’s ‘Birthright Citizenship’ Case

The United States Supreme Court is scheduled to hear arguments on Thursday regarding President Trump’s executive order that terminates birthright citizenship.

This order, which was signed on Inauguration Day, restricts citizenship to children who have at least one parent who is a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident, thereby contesting the provisions of the 14th Amendment.

Lower courts have halted the policy, deeming it potentially unconstitutional. If implemented, it may strip birthright citizenship from 255,000 infants each year.

This case represents the Court’s initial examination of Trump’s policies from his second term and has the potential to reshape judicial power regarding nationwide injunctions. A conclusive ruling is anticipated by July, carrying substantial constitutional consequences for immigration and citizenship legislation.Có thể là hình ảnh về 2 người và văn bản cho biết 'Historic Supreme Court Win for Trump- What Comes Next Is Even BETTER'
